How we price your event

Our services are priced based on the number of guests you expect will attend your event. Whether you need a waiter for a small gathering or 20 staff members for a 500 guest catered wedding, head count is always the starting point. We have a minimum requirement of 40 guests for any catered event. This is due to our highly customizable menu and the personal time and care Hasmik puts into each one of her dishes. We aim to provide the highest level of service and quality, which is why we feel each event deserves to have a unique menu. The following points will also determine the final pricing of your event:

1.         Your Custom Menu (The Fun Part!)

After determining the number of guests at your event, it's time to determine the menu. Hasmik makes this easy by working with you to prepare a custom menu. We specialize in authentic Middle Eastern (Armenian, Iranian / Persian, Greek) cuisine. We also offer salad bars, pasta bars, carving stations, fruit tables, and sushi bars.

2.         Number of Courses

Another consideration to the per-person rate is the number of courses you plan on serving. We provide catering services for just appetizers all the way up to a full seven-course meal. Food can be served buffet style, family style, pass-around, or just simply delivered to your event. 

3.         Location of the Event

As the saying goes, presentation is everything. Although Hasmik provides top quality foods, we want to make sure you and your guests are amazed by the set-up. A very important consideration is to note if the venue you choose allows outside caterers. Hasmik Party Service is fully insured to provide catering services, which is a requirement of most hotels.
